Our new revenue based bonus program will give drivers the opportunity to make up to 25% of the line haul revenue. Combined with our Safety bonus program, Heavy Weight’s top drivers are on pace to earn $75,000 this year!

Contract Driver Hiring Requirements

Safety is our top concern and we work closely with our legal staff and insurance company to ensure that we have the safest drivers on the road.

  • Required age of 21 or older
  • Minimum of 1 year of tractor-trailer driving experience
  • No more than three moving violations in the past three years
  • No “serious” violations (i.e., reckless or careless driving, DUI, driving commercial vehicle without CDL in drivers possession, etc.) in the past five years
  • No more than three preventable accidents in the past three years
  • No DOT reportable with receiving a citation that related to a fatality
